We work closely with Founders and Owners to help them prepare their business for a future exit, succession or investment.

Our process depends on you and your business but generally involves a Discovery phase, Planning (usually involving several sessions and/or workshops), and then implementation and reporting. Ongoing KPIs are set and monitored.

We work with you at every step of the way to achieve the outcome you want. However, we are not Business Brokers (who are generally not the right choice for high value sales), nor are we Investment Bankers (who often struggle to add value for mid-size businesses). We work for you as the owner, with your outcome as our only objective and will be involved as long as we can materially contribute.

While we focus on mid-size businesses across various sectors, our expertise in business sales and exits, sales and marketing systems and strategic growth applies broadly to many industries. We particularly focus on businesses who need new and more customers to drive growth such as hardware sales (solar, IT, electronics or technology), high value services (marketing, software development, contractor and trade services) and other generic services.
